Before you start

Make sure WhatsApp is installed and you have an active internet connection.

Use the Maalo WhatsApp number: https://wa.me/256741161093.

Follow the prompts in WhatsApp to choose what you want to do.
Tips
Keep your product photos ready so you can upload them quickly.
If you have multiple phone numbers, use the one linked to your Maalo account.
Search for products on WhatsApp

Open the Maalo WhatsApp chat.

Select the Search option if you see a menu, or type what you want (for example: "laptop", "sofa", "iPhone 12").

Follow the prompts to refine results by category or location if available.

Tap a result to view details and contact the seller in the Maalo app when needed.
Create a product on WhatsApp

Open the Maalo WhatsApp chat.

Choose the Create Product option when prompted.

Send your product details (name, price, description, category) when asked.

Upload clear photos when requested.

Confirm the listing details to publish.
Pay attention
Products can take some time to appear in the app after creation.
If you are missing a business setup in the app, you may be prompted to complete it first.
Troubleshooting

If the WhatsApp chat does not respond, check your internet connection and try again.

If a listing does not appear, wait a bit and refresh your product list in the app.
