Verify your seller type, submit documents, and finish subscription payments if required.

Verify your seller type

From the Sell flow or when prompted, choose your seller type.

Provide requested business info in the Seller Info screen.
Submit documents

Upload required IDs or documents in the Document Collection screen.

If rejected, use Resubmit Documents to try again.
Pay attention
Use clear, uncropped photos. Name/ID must match what you entered.
Subscriptions and payments

If a subscription is required, pick a plan in Subscription Selection.

Follow MTN, Airtel, or Manual instructions to pay (screens: Payment Instructions, Waiting for Payment, Manual Payment Verification Pending).

Check Payment Status to confirm success.
Track status

See your progress in KYC Status or KYC Approved screens.

Once verified, premium analytics (calls/WhatsApp/views) become available.
