Start a conversation

From a product, tap Message in Maalo to open a chat with the store owner. The product link is prefilled.

You can also open Messages from the tab bar and continue existing threads.
Send messages

Type and send text; links generate previews where available.

Attach product links or share media if the composer shows attachments.

New messages appear with unread badges on the Messages tab.

If a conversation errors, retry or navigate back and reopen the thread.
Block/report options may appear if abuse is detected; follow prompts in-app.
